The Sea Change domestic sea freight strategy outlines proposals from government on how and why an increased proportion of the growth in inter-regional freight can be carried by sea in the future. This strategy, along with two maritime discussion documents on Port and Harbour and Navigation Safety Management and Four International Maritime Environmental Conventions/Protocols, has been made available for public consultation.
