The Ministry’s business services teams support our policy function by providing specialist advice and support, as well as the necessary tools, systems and processes, to help the Ministry operate effectively.
The following teams form the Ministry's business services functions:
- Administration
- Change, People and Development
- External Relations and Communications
- Finance
- Information Management and Technology
- Legal
Managers from these teams are part of the Business Services Leadership Group (BSLG), chaired by Pam Madgwick who is also the Ministry’s Chief Information Officer.
The focus of the BSLG is on shared leadership and coordination of all the business services functions to ensure they are efficient and cost effective.
