This is a new role for the Ministry, and provides you with an opportunity to frame how this important function is implemented. You will contribute to assessing the performance of the funding and planning system through monitoring and reviewing selected activities.
Experience in monitoring and evaluation of major infrastructure projects is desirable. Understanding of project appraisal methodology, and application to multi-modal transport activities, would be an advantage.
