Land Transport Management Act 2003

The Land Transport Management Act was enacted on 12 November 2003 and was significantly updated in 2008. Read more about the amended Act here.

It provides for a more balanced and flexible funding framework for land transport. This means that while roading will continue to be of key importance, everyone's needs will be met, whether they be motorists, passengers, cyclists or pedestrians.
