RUC Regulations announcements made

The Minister of Transport has announced the details of regulations that will be made to support the Road User Charges Act 2012.

The regulations announced to date cover the new vehicle types, weights bands and rates of road user charges that will apply under the new system. Regulations setting out administration fees payable for purchasing a road user charges licence and details of what vehicles will be exempt from paying road user charges have also been announced.
