Ban on hand-held mobile phone use while driving

New road user rules came into effect on 1 November 2009. The new rules include banning the use of hand-held mobile phones while driving, the requirement for riders of mopeds and motorcycles to use headlights during daytime, and a clarification of how to use special vehicle lanes.
