Transport Minister Steven Joyce has released the business case for the proposed Auckland Waterview Connection tunnel and has asked officials to investigate alternatives.
The Waterview Connection is a proposed extension of State Highway 20 from Mt Roskill intersecting with State Highway 16 at Waterview.
