Road User Charges Bill - development of regulations

The Ministry of Transport is currently consulting on aspects of the Road Charges Bill, developing regulations relating to vehicle types and weight bands and proposals to remove time licences and exempting some vehicles from paying RUC.

The period of consultation will run until 16 December 2011.
