The Total Mobility Scheme
During the course of this Review we spoke to many people who are passionate about the value of the Scheme, whether for themselves, or for the people they care about.
In particular, we had the pleasure of meeting many people who use the Scheme, and the privilege of hearing their thoughts and experiences.
We were left in no doubt that the Total Mobility Scheme is absolutely essential to those people who rely on it.
The voices we have heard during the consultation process and from the submissions have made a significant contribution to our thinking, and to this final report. We thank them all.
Jan Mackay and
Lyndal Peters.
