Results of Testing Emissions of Japanese Used Vehicles

The Ministry of Transport contracted JEVIC NZ Ltd to provide relevant information and data from vehicles undergoing emissions tail pipe testing in Japan. This work has helped inform the development of metered emissions testing on imported vehicles to New Zealand. JEVIC provided a report (PDF v7.0, 334kb) and raw data which the Ministry of Transport has turned into the following graphs.
